A big Thank You to all the individuals and businesses that got involved in supporting one of our Christmas Campaigns, whether it was through making a donation to the Giving Tree, holding a raffle, displaying a Christmas Card Poster or helping with a collection your support resulted in over £3000 being raised through these initiatives. The response to our Giving Tree was great, it seemed both members and supporters found it a nice way to share festive messages whether they visited the centre in person or were ‘virtual visitors’ via the JustGiving page which included photos of the messages on the tree. Donations coming from Members totalled £1005 and as a result of details of the Giving Tree being included in the Supporters News Sheet donations from non-members raised £532.20 which resulted in a fantastic total of £1537.20 which will rise when the Gift aid claim goes in. I am now starting to plan fundraising campaigns for the New Year which, as ever, I would welcome any ideas on so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you can help! | ||||||||||
